Return Policy

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your return request, please provide:

Your Order ID.
A clear explanation of the issue.
An uncut and unedited parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is completely visible.
Clear images of the product, if requested.
A selfie holding the received product for verification, if requested.

Please Note: Return requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without the required parcel opening video may not be accepted.

Return Approval

Every return request is subject to verification by the Riya Boutique Quality Team.

After submitting your request, please allow up to 48 working hours for verification. Our support team will contact you once the review process is completed.

Return Shipping Charges

If Riya Boutique arranges the reverse pickup, applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from the eligible refund amount towards reverse logistics.

Exchange Policy

Riya Boutique does not offer product exchanges under normal circumstances.

Customers are requested to carefully review the product description, size chart, measurements, fabric details, care instructions, specifications, and product images before placing an order.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only when a return request has been approved by the Riya Boutique Quality Team after verification.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method, where applicable. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

The following charges, where applicable, are non-refundable:

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, subject to the order not having entered processing or dispatch.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or dispatch, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds Will Not Be Accepted For

Returns, refunds, or cancellations may not be accepted for the following reasons:

Incorrect size selected by the customer.
Minor size variations within standard manufacturing tolerances.
Slight colour, shade, texture, or print variations due to photography, studio lighting, screen resolution, mobile display settings, or fabric characteristics.
Variations in embroidery, weaving, prints, motifs, borders, or handcrafted detailing.
Change of mind after placing the order.
Personal preference or dislike after receiving the product.
Incorrect product selection by the customer.
Failure to review the product description, size chart, fabric details, care instructions, specifications, or product images before placing the order.
Minor variations naturally occurring in handcrafted, woven, printed, or dyed fabrics.
Claims based solely on colour variation, fabric texture, or fitting preference.

Note: Riya Boutique uses professional photography and lighting to present products as accurately as possible. Slight differences in colour, texture, or appearance between product images and the actual product may naturally occur and may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

Product Set Information

Each product includes only the items specifically shown and mentioned in its product description.

Sarees include an unstitched blouse piece only where specifically mentioned.
Dress sets, Kurta sets, Anarkali sets, or Sharara sets include only the pieces mentioned in the product description.
Jewellery, handbags, footwear, belts, or other styling accessories used during photoshoots are not included unless clearly specified.

Important Information

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Products without the required parcel opening video may not be eligible for verification.
Every request is subject to inspection and approval by the Riya Boutique Quality Team.
Riya Boutique reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with this policy.
The final decision regarding any return or refund will be made after verification of the reported issue and in accordance with this policy.
