Once your order is successfully confirmed, we begin preparing it for dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, your order is generally delivered within 5–7 working days across India, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the destination, courier operations and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking details through Email or SMS. You can use these details to track your shipment until delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your name, address, PIN code and contact number are complete and accurate when placing your order. Riya Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

Please check your package carefully when it is delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective or incomplete product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share your Order ID, photographs/videos of the product and complete details of the issue. Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution according to our return and exchange policy.
